Goal setting seems to be the term of the moment, everyone appears to be talking about, and doing it. But if you’re anything like me, it can seem incredibly hard to do. I’ve struggled no end with creating goals in the past, but it always felt like something I should be doing - and guess what? I wasn’t wrong! It turns out this isn’t just some fancy term used by coaches to elicit fear into their following... Once your goals are clear and set firmly in your mind it’s so much easier to achieve them, they give you focus and you know exactly what you’re aiming for, rather than just stumbling along an unclear path which has no visible direction.
When I first started thinking about my goals I was completely overwhelmed. I had no idea what my goals should be, or what goals I should have been working on. My mind was baffled and in a complete deer in headlights type scenario!
