That's why this program is designed so that you can easily go at your own pace with all of the provided materials.
Nope. In the Welcome Guide, there are plenty of resources covering the topic of stress — the meaning of stress and how it affects your health. We’ll go over what Zen really means and there are additional resources to enhance your learning and help you achieve your stress reduction goals.
Forever(ish)! Once you purchase it, the material is yours to keep! For the first 30 days you’ll receive an email every couple of days, after this you can use the material however much or as little as you like.
Stressed to Zen strives to make your life easier, not take time out of your already busy lifestyle. The course comprises of 10 lessons, and each lesson (reading and activity) should take under 30 minutes to complete.
The lessons will be sent to your e-mail account and the files are PDF so you can use Adobe Acrobat (free software) to open these documents. I recommend Facebook for the additional support from the community and myself, but it is not a required component. The audio files should open on your computer media player (standard software with all computers).
