May Round up – 5 Great Posts on Outdoor Fitness
Ladies I’m going to be completely honest with you, I do NOT enjoy working out. At all! I don’t like sweating, I don’t like the physical exertion and I don’t like the soreness. While I know it’s supposed to bring me satisfaction to know I’m getting stronger, I still do not like it, BUT I do it because it’s healthy for me (kinda like eating my greens).
So I am always on a quest to find ways to make working out more fun – and now that it’s spring I like to get outdoors as much as possible. And since I have two little ones (ages 2 and 4) my workouts need to be fun and flexible so I can do them with the kids around.
This month I’ve pulled together 5 great articles on how busy moms can get in a workout and be outside with their kids at the same time!
