Hi, I'm Kristen -- a busy working mom just like you! I'm a Certified Health & Life coach who works with other busy women to help them reduce their stress and overwhelm so they don't lose their shit on their kids!When we get a handle on our stress, all the other pieces start to fall back into place.I help my clients balance their families and careers, simplify their lives, and accomplish more in less time. I believe strongly in using organization and self care practices to help you get your shit together so you can get stuff done!My clients go from feeling exhausted, unbalanced, overwhelmed, hot messes to confident, energized, and in control women at work and at home in a matter of weeks!   • I always knew I was an emotional eater.  Every time I was stressed or upset, I turned to chocolate and pizza.  No matter what I tried, I couldn’t seem to break this pattern.  I would eat healthy for a bit and then when things got tough I would turn to food.
